The Retail Personal team carefully approached the issue of studying the customer’s business processes in order to develop an effective candidate selection strategy. As a result of the project, all tasks for the selection of specialists were completed on time.

The following work has been done:

• A study of the labor market
• Were studied the business processes of the customer’s company
• The motivation system was worked out.
• An individual development plan was drawn up for each new employee.
• More than 15 effective channels of attraction were selected.
• More than 40 targeted interviews were conducted with checking the level of competencies
