A professional approach to solving this problem from the company Retail personal allowed to organize an effective selection of candidates with their further support. As a result, the task was closed in 1.5 months, but unfortunately the candidate did not accept the offer offered by the Customer.

• Worked out a system of support for candidates in multi-stage interview stages.
• More than 15 targeted interviews with knowledge testing for relevant programs were conducted.
